Frequently Asked Questions

Cloud sync infrastructure is built, but rollout is gated in staged waves. If you do not have sync access yet, your device still keeps a stable private local copy.

Multi-device sync is in staged rollout. Access is expanding gradually as CloudKit gates are opened for more users.

If your account has not been enabled for cloud sync yet, deleting the app can remove local data. We recommend exporting stamps from Settings as a backup while rollout continues.

Sharing is built behind feature flags and is coming soon. For now, set your username in Settings so you're ready when access opens.
