1. What We Collect

NibbleMaps collects and stores only the information needed to run the app:

• Restaurant stamps you create (name, date, notes, categories, and optional photos)
• Saved places and filters you set
• App settings (for example, username and preferences)

2. Location Data

NibbleMaps can access your location when you add a stamp so the app can help place restaurants on the map. We do not track location in the background.

3. How Data Is Stored

• v2.0 stores your data locally on your device
• We do not run a server that stores your stamp data for v2.0
• If you delete the app, local data may be permanently lost

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal stamp data with third parties for advertising or data brokerage.

5. Your Rights and Controls

You control your data directly in the app:

• Export your data from Settings → Export
• Delete individual stamps any time
• Delete all local data by deleting the app from your device

6. Children's Privacy

NibbleMaps is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will address the request.

7. Future Sync Features

Optional iCloud sync infrastructure is being rolled out in staged waves. Availability may vary by account while feature flags are expanded, and we will update this policy as rollout progresses.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
