NibbleMaps 2.2.1 supports Friends and iCloud sync. Your stamps can sync across devices through iCloud when you use the same Apple ID.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using NibbleMaps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NibbleMaps for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control.

3. Data Sync and Friends

  • NibbleMaps 2.2.1 can sync your stamp data through iCloud
  • iCloud sync depends on your Apple ID, iCloud availability, and device settings
  • Friends lets you add other users by username and view food map information made available in the app
  • You are responsible for managing your device, Apple ID, and subscription settings

4. Subscription Terms

NibbleMaps offers Pro subscriptions for unlimited stamps. Current options are $1.99/month or $14.99/year. Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account.

  • Subscription renews automatically unless canceled in Apple settings
  • You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscriptions panel
  • Pricing may change in the future; Apple handles notice and consent where required

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or use NibbleMaps for unlawful activity.

6. Intellectual Property

NibbleMaps, its branding, and software are owned by NibbleMaps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create in the app.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

NibbleMaps is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees that the app will be error-free or continuously available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NibbleMaps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as NibbleMaps evolves. Updated Terms become effective once posted on this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
